Hey Todd - thanks for the offer. I think I have the transducer figured out, but now I am trying to learn the radar. It's a Raymarine 4kw hooked into a C80 unit. I swear it is showing me mirror images of the targets I see OTW. In other words, if I see a boat 200 yds ahead of me, it shows up on the bottom of the scope, below the center and heading line. I have it oriented to run "Heads up" so I would assume that means a target ahead of me should hit the top of the scope, a target to starboard should be on the right side etc, but everything seems reversed. Any ideas?

This might seem silly, but I've seen radar units installed backwards. That may or may not be the issue, but it sure sounds like it.
