Does anyone have a good design for a bow leaning support that can offer support to a flyfisherman standing in the bow of a center console? I would like to find a design that won't be a line grabber.

The leaning rail that Mendy had on is Maritime was nice (from what I saw from photos)... maybe he can chime in on its construction and cost...

I always liked the way they did it on the Jones Bros which as to have two holes set on the foredeck so that the back of the leaning post backrest could be set in there to lean against. You could do that quite easily with any removeable leaning post backrest and two flush vertical rod holders (no angle)

I vastly prefer to use the type I installed on my Maritime (which I sold earlier this year) over the Jones Bros mentioned earlier. I found that the small the rail, the more often the fly line tangled on it. Mine has wide gaps between the vertical supports and no padding. I cant say enought of this design. Thanks for the info, so far I'm "leaning" towards Mendy's design.
