Anyone have experience with Cobia boats (Cobia 184)? They spec out real well and seem to carry a lot for the money but it’s been hard to find any feedback from owners.
I’m looking for a used 18’ CC for my first boat. I'll be periodically trailoring the boat between LI Sound (my home) and the Cape (mom's home). I’ve started the spreadsheet comparison and some of the boats that have caught my eye are Grady Sportsman, Hydra-Sports & Angler. Any info on these boats or others would be great. I’ve steered away from some serious boats like Steiger, Jones Bros, Parker, etc., thinking they weren’t as family friendly (I may be wrong). I searched the forums and found some very useful info but thought I’d put this out for some fresh viewpoints. I figure many other RT’ers might also be looking now that the water’s warming up.
