I am new to baoting last year. I have a 16' Lund Alaskan with a 30 HP Honda. I started using the Boat Guy last fall when I had a problem with my carbs. They were so nice and accommodating. The did great work and did it quickly. I called them hoping to get my boat in for a spring tune. I knew that this is the crazy season and was ready for them to say "sorry we are booked" No the case at all They told me to bring it in and they would get on it in a few days. Greeted with a smile and took my boat. Unfortunately I had some truck trouble this week and both the boat and truck are in the shop. The boat was ready last week, but the truck wasn't so i couldn't pick it up until tomorrow. I know it is a pain in the a#$ to have a fixed boat sitting around taking up valuable space, but they have been so accomodating. I usually hate going to any mechanic because I feel I am some how going to get screwed, but not at the Boat Guy. So I give the Boat Guy a huges thumbs up.

Ditto on the enthusiastic review. It's nice to have an upper cape honda mechanic -- I was getting tired of trailering to Harwich or Wareham to get the work done and The Boat Guy is fast, reasonable, and convenient.

Picked up my boat this morning. We checked lights before I left the lot and my trailer lights were not working correctly. This was not part of the original scope of work. Andy took the time to re wire my connections right on the spot. I am sure he had a list of thiings to do this morning, but he fixed while I waited. Great service. I left a happy customer.
